Can recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with a convenient location near a metro stop for easy city exploration.

Cannot find any fault.

Due to the proximity to the train station, it is ideal for train travelers and also the center can be reached on foot in a short time (10-15 minutes).

No minibar/fridge in the room, air conditioning did not work properly

The location is perfect directly opposite the Banhof and within 15min. On foot in the beautiful old town of Strasbourg.

Very convenient location right across from the railway station. Comfortable room with decent bed and little noise from the road for a good night's sleep.

Room felt cramped and dated, with limited space. Scaffolding made it difficult to find the entrance. View obscured with no clear indication of the hotel. Breakfast selection was basic, lacking variety compared to better options found elsewhere.

I liked the location of the hotel and the interior design of my room was truly stunning.

I arrived at 1 pm and my room was not ready. I arrived again at 2 pm and my room was not ready. I had a meeting in Luxembourg and had to leave my belongings with the staff, which was not comforting for me. I also needed to take a shower but since my room was not ready I couldnt do so. When I arrived later at night, I had a different woman at the desk who was unpleasant and rude to me. I did not care for her tone with me and felt that she was very hostile. I do not know about you, but when I pay good money for a hotel room I do not appreciate being treated as an imbecile. If the people that work at Mercure hate people, perhaps they should not be working in customer service. I had problems with the Wi Fi as well.

Good location, nice building, quite room.

The staff is not polite, does not like people or job (maybe both?). The breakfast for 15 Euro (!) is poor, no vegetables, no eggs (finished before 8), horrible sousages, the orange for juice were not fresh. Do not spend any money for that!

Spotlessly clean and really good professionalism with a friendly approach to guest needs.

A bit pricey for what it was, and mediocre bathroom facilities.

The room is small with pillars in the middle. It was prepared for one person even though we are a couple. The location is however good being opposite the train station and in the city centre. The breakfast is the most expensive I have ever seen. At 15 Euro a plate, I expected to have varieties and not just bread , cornflakes and harm and cheese.

The meal is awful and too expensive

I was actually surprised by the spacious room and the nice bathroom. The breakfast offered decent options.

the bathroom was small. and the shower needed an upgrade. but the location was superb, right opposite the train station. and the staff was friendly, always ready to help. breakfast was varied and satisfying.

The room was quite small and a bit cramped, but it was clean enough. The noise from the hallway and next door was annoying, especially when I could hear conversations clearly. Plus, the shower flooded the bathroom, a bit of a hassle. On the bright side, the sliding panels instead of curtains really kept the light out, and I did enjoy the comfy bed that helped me get some sleep. The deep bathtub was a nice touch! Definitely could use some upgrades though.
